• Permanent role based at Taranaki Hospital, North Island, New Zealand
• Enhance patient outcomes at our ED Pharmacy Service in this part or full-time, permanent role
• Previous Clinical Pharmacy experience required
• NZ Registered Pharmacist with current APC

Health New Zealand Taranaki is currently looking for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing ED Pharmacy Team, on an on-going, part or full-time basis.

​

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Clinical Pharmacy. This role involves the provision of comprehensive ED clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation) within a multidisciplinary ED team environment, medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists.

• · A minimum of 2 years' clinical pharmacy experience
