- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with minimum one year experience. Registered with the Pharmacy Council of NZ.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
Unichem Ilam Healthworks Pharmacy is committed to provide highest standards of professional advice and friendly service to each member of the community. In addition to offering several innovative services, Healthworks also have a Contract for Special Foods, servicing North Canterbury doctors and Community, brand new store with great community vibe. This will be an exciting role and you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while working in one of Christchurch's most exciting and diverse neighbourhoods.
As the Pharmacist, your role will involve but not limited to:
1. Participate in all professional services, programs and ensure you are achieving desired targets as set by Head Office
2. Cultivate great team leadership and culture
3. Monitor and adhere to KPI’s and Budgets set by Head Office in relation to Sales, GP and Wages
4. Stock management- maintain stockturn of 4 and inventory days of 60
5. Quality presentation of premises, products and team
6. Ensure Business Compliance- Licence, digital certificate, Audits APC, team qualifications/training
7. Regularly survey or talk to customers weekly to ensure smoothness and client satisfaction
8. Work closely with Retail Manager and General Manager to drive business and develop business strategies
Working Hours: This is a part time role 3 days a week - 8:30 to 6:00.
