About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Stellar Pharmacy Group as a Pharmacist at our Unichem Rolleston Village Pharmacy, Canterbury location. As a Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients and supporting the overall operations of the pharmacy. This is a full-time position, offering flexibility and a chance to be part of an innovative and growing healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing:

​

Clinical and Final check of Dispensed prescription medications in a timely and accurate manner.

​

Providing professional pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients.

​

Maintaining accurate patient records and medication profiles.

​

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

​

Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

​

Undertaking inventory management and stock control responsibilities.

​

Continuously expanding your knowledge through ongoing professional development.

​

What we're looking for:

​

Registered Pharmacist with a current APC.

​

Vaccination, TMP, OC, OS, ECP, INR, Clozapine, Sildenafil qualifications an advantage but not essential, as we will support you to gain these qualifications.

​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare providers.

​

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure accurate dispensing and safe medication management.

​

Dedication to providing high-quality patient-centered care.

​

Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical best practices and regulations.

​

Experience in a community pharmacy setting would be an advantage.
