PHARMACIST – Part-time Position Available – CHRISTCHURCH

Our modern, fresh, established Medical Centre Pharmacies offer the full range of services to patients and supports strong local community. We have a satisfying mix of mainly dispensary and pharmacy services work, along with core retail work. We encourage and offer all new and current Pharmacy services, including Vaccinations, UTI, ECP, Sildenafil, Covid19 Antivirals etc. The role would be split across two Pharmacies – mostly at Cashmere Pharmacy, with every other Friday afternoon at Christchurch South Pharmacy. The role offers a real opportunity for someone wanting excellent job satisfaction, diversity and would provide career progression in a stable, supportive environment.

The role would suit a Pharmacist looking for a new exiting role, someone who desires the rewards of working in a smooth-running Dispensary, alongside a great team and with a great client demographic. This maybe an early career Pharmacist or would also suit an experienced Pharmacist looking to cut back hours or someone looking for more hours.

You would need to be proficient in maintaining great patient relationships and strive to provide excellent professional, friendly advice. This would suit a confident, pro-active team player. We are looking for someone who can continue the growth and customer service aspects of the Pharmacy. Effective communication skills, motivation, willingness to thrive along with having initiative is key to being successful in this role.

You will be working with another Pharmacist and well supported by our Pharmacy Managers, Business Owner and working with multiple experienced Technicians – so really a wonderful working environment.

We are ideally looking for 3 days per week, but flexible to considering other options. No weekends, public holidays or late nights. Pro-rata, professional Fees Paid – APC, PDA. Usual extra accreditations expected. Vaccinator qualified would be ideal, not essential or training can be provided. Applicants need to be NZ registered pharmacists with a current APC.
