Unichem Prestons Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Retail Manager, to join our expanding team.
Unichem Prestons is a busy community pharmacy set in a modern, purpose built facility, situated just 10 minutes from the city centre. Opened in 2018, we have enjoyed rapid growth in both retail and dispensary service offerings with the support of our local community.
We have an extensive range of natural health, beauty, gift, fragrance and OTC products and pride ourselves on being able to offer a full range of dispensary services that include Robotic Compliance Packing, Vaccinations, ECP, Nitrofurantoin, Sildenafil, Covid19 Antivirals, and many others.
Unichem Prestons is one of three pharmacies situated in inner city Christchurch. There is potential for the right candidate to expand into a much broader retail management role across the three sites.
Previous Retail Pharmacy Management is essential to this role. Please ensure you fulfil this requirement before applying.
Requirements:
*Previous Retail Pharmacy Experience ESSENTIAL.
*Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A high standard of personal presentation.
*Ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environment.
*Experience and understanding of NZPOST an advantage.
*An understanding of Toniq, ordering & GXH Processes
*Experience with retail stock management/inwards goods.
This is a full time position, where you will become part of a big team of vibrant, likeminded pharmacists, technician’s and retail assistants. Flexibility is a must as we are a group of three pharmacies who provide support to each other when needed. Some rostered weekend work may be required.
