This is a Permanent position, working between 30-40 hours per week from Monday to Friday

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Help manage inventory, including ordering and stock reports
• Handle invoicing and manage creditors/debtors
• Support general retail operations and assist team members as needed
• Experience with Toniq system preferred

​

What We're Looking For:

​

• Retail experience (pharmacy preferred)
• Familiarity with Toniq is a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with databases and invoicing
• Strong customer service focus
• Able to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Quick learner, adaptable, and empathetic
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
